1. I have purchased the product. But I have not received the product yet?


When you log into Paypal when you made payment, you would have been re-directed to our web site where you would have found the serial number(s). There may be some delays in the email system as well.

However, you may key in the email address you used when making the payment, we will send you the serial numbers or let you know the status of your order.

2. I am in the process of registering the product. I have entered and validated the serial number successfully in the registration form of the product. I clicked the "Next" button in the registration form and I am in the second screen. But I do not have the "Activation code yet. How can I get it?


You will need to send some information to get the activation code. If you are in the second screen of the registration form, you can simply do that by clicking the button "Via Our Web Site". This will open the registration page in our web site. You can submit the registration information in that page so that we can send you the activation code.

Click the Registration Page link to go to the registration page and manually key in the registration information. Do remember that the email, first name, and last name need to be as same as in the products' registration form and you can get the "verification Code" in the second screen of the registration form in the product.
